This project, located at the foot of the Yinhu Hill, is a low density residence community of unique natural ecological resources. Developed by Shenzhen Vanke, it boasts the convenience of metro and road network, three parks and Vanke brand property management service. The regional landscape design goes deeply into the relationship between the city and architecture, conceiving the theme from the perspectives of ecology, etiquette, streamline and space.
Residential, Landscape, China, Urban, Modern
The entire project went through the process of landscape productization to land in its entirety. There are elements of the landscape product that need to be upgraded and improved, and targeted upgrades are necessary on this project. From there, iterations of landscape products are achieved. Stones were used to replace the PC material, and combined with the firefighting foundation to make good drainage ditch. This project also provided the occupants with high-quality BEGA luminaires.
The project was tasked with landing the new landscape product. Because of the lack of overall landscape planning for the entire project, the streamlined landscape is less effective. The team has done the research at the beginning. Regarding the activity zones, Product 1.0 meets the basic living needs of the occupants. On this basis, the team added an indoor area to meet the activities of families, neighborhoods and communities in all directions. While the original research methodology focused too much on functionality, this project was designed with the customer experience in mind.
The project finished in June 2019 in Shenzhen.
In the design of this project a functional module approach was used, with a flexible combination of functional spaces, where people's activities can permeate to other functional modules. Use stone to replace the PC material, and combined with the firefighting foundation to make good drainage ditch, improved the drainage quality. Optimize the path to the trash collecting location and beautify enclosures for trash locations. This case created a courtyard-style entry deck for the occupants and provided the occupants with high-quality BEGA luminaires.
The original research method was to determine the functional modules most needed by customers based on statistics, and to implement the functional space through top-down research, focusing too much on functionality. This project uses the customer experience as the starting point to combine the functional modules. The results are very satisfying. This project achieved our goal of designing a better landscape.
The community, on its west side, is adjacent to the No.3 urban green belt of Shenzhen. It is integrated with the surrounding urban landscape to make an organic whole. It provides residents with a brand-new eco-community for life, communication with privacy and interactions, and a cultural community which meets the needs of residents' life and bears the memory of growth.
