The Eco Smart City Sales Centre design is inspired by the patterns of ancient grand mansions. Stepping into the door the spatial dimensions is divided and differentiated the visions and functions by imitating the three-courtyard system. The designer uses Peach Blossom Spring as theme to deepen the high quality of the space and create a modern building the space of profound cultural heritag. Besides, the furniture is made of wood with natural marble tabletop, free of formaldehyde, thus environmental friendly for health.

Unique Properties
The designer expresses the space theme of "welcome" with the Guest-Greeting Pine landscape rockeries. With the view borrowing technique of ancient gardens, the front and back spaces complement each other to create a layered effect of both separation and connection.

Production Technology
The entire space is illuminated with energy saving LED lamps, which emit little heat with good heat dissipation performance. They not only adjust the illuminance index according to the environment, but also control the light sources by areas, to save energy. The furniture is made of solid wood with natural marble tabletop, free of formaldehyde, thus environmental friendly for good health.
Design Challenge
Eco Smart City is an international riverside landmark of Changde with the largest central parks. When the building sales center has fulfilled its profiting function, designers need to consider that it will serve as a reception center in the largest central parks of the city to accommodate public visits.
Project Duration
The project was located in Hu Nan, China. It was finished in August 2018.
Operation Flow
The central hall behind the LED screen focuses on the theme of courtesy. It comprises the reception lobby and the sand table area. The sand table is illuminated with self luminous thermostat lamps. The ceiling lamps running through the entire central hall follows the pattern of the Chuanzi River of Changde in design. The peach blossom shaped ceiling lamps extend forward like a river, showing the way for customers in supreme courtesy. Light perception color temperature and hard fitting perfectly match to present a world of its own like the Peach Blossom Spring.
Research
The decorative peach trees made from scrap irons lead the customers to the city memory hall on the side of the main hall. The designer personally toured Changde to collect paintings, calligraphies and works of art of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and sealed them with the special wire super long art glass technology.
