Located in the bustling downtown area of Shenzhen, Tianxi No.1 is full of commercial atmosphere and sees the hustle and bustle of the city. As a local high-end real estate, it hopes to convey a kind of elegant and secluded life of oriental humanities in the impetuous downtown. The entrance uses a wide waterscape to create a place atmosphere of the whole space, and in the core of the downtown, a sense of place is set off in a quiet way.

Production Technology

In Tianxi No.1, the "partition" technique is used to define the space rhythm with the virtual metal mesh; through the metal mesh, the vaguely predicted backfield evokes the desire to explore the space. The project uses extensive indoor architecture, giving full play to the advantage of spatial height, and adopting some geometric composition to open a triangular skylight structure. Light pours to the surface of the water, forming a natural broad light and shadow effect, which introduces the feelings of nature and outdoors into the originally airtight indoor, and enhances the close relationship between man and nature. Dr. Ren Tianjin's calligraphy works have been deconstructed and reorganized, and are scattered on 20 turntable installations by the concept of contemporary art to write contemporary poetic art through the strokes of tea-stained texture.

Inspiration

The entrance uses a wide waterscape to create a place atmosphere of the whole space, and in the core of the downtown, a sense of place is set off in a quiet way. Stepping on the 50m waterfront footpath, the state of mind changes quickly, and you can feel the quietness in the noisy environment. The footpath further meanders forward by 46m into the interior, skillfully using the Oriental Garden's landscape change.
