The lighting equipment is mainly LED light, which is controlled by the time period to achieve energy-saving effects. The wavy shape has visual beauty and useful function, can block direct sunlight to avoid increasing indoor air conditioning load.
Plants are planted on each balcony to form an ecological island-hopping environment, and a large number of ground floor plants are mainly planted with native tree species and butterfly-trapping plants to form a natural ecology. The appearance design is integrated with the environment and landscape, and has the effect of shading and energy saving to contribute to a sustainable environment.
The project finished in September 2017 in Taichung, Taiwan.
Its exterior shape adopts modern style with large open windows and water waves. The glass staggered configuration produces dynamic visual effects, creating a unique image that can be integrated with the environment.
Naturally ventilated light wells can increase the daylighting of the parking lot, and can remove part of the exhaust gas from steam and locomotives, reducing the use of mechanical intake and exhaust equipment. The rainwater and domestic miscellaneous drainage recirculation system is adopted, and the water tanks are concentrated on the basement raft foundation after filtration treatment, which is used as landscape planting and irrigation to reduce water waste.
