The entire space is in the minimalist modern style. The walls and floor are basically grayish white, and various materials in the same tone are adopted to create more perspectives. Voluminous black blocks are added to the space in sharp contrast to grayish white stones, producing a vivid visual impact. The combination of lightings and installations produces in each space a unique experience.

Unique Properties
This case is the sales center of a vacation property project. Based on the product positioning, the designer analyzes the psychology of core customers and market demand and considers inciting consumption through space performance.

Production Technology
In the lobby, the sight of "Kunpeng Galaxy" from A Happy Excursion is recreated, and the use of multichannel fusion technology and acrylic models revives the appearance of Kunpeng. A "Mirage" showing area is set up in the space so the visitors can immerse themselves in it to learn about the product comfortably.
Design Challenge
Two walls separate the space into three sections, ensuring privacy while maintaining the space integrity. The blue furnishings add a fresh feel to the space. The further negotiation area on the second floor is designed partly as a book bar, and attracts potential customers to learn more about the project. The water bar, book bar and Chinese restaurant can be opened as a whole to the public in the future.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in May 2021 in Weihai.
Operation Flow
In the main sand table area, the overall tone changes to light blue, and the dim lighting creates there a vast universe dotted with the sun, the moon and the stars. The sundial represents the center of the universe, and the fairyland that Qin Shi Huang was looking for lies right there. In styling, the concepts of "the round lies in the square" and "the rainwater pools in the courtyard from all four sides" are employed, and the spraying installation and frosted pressed glass create a vivid fairyland in a space of order and perspectives.
Research
In the negotiation area, the story of Nirvana of the Phoenix is used. The water bar extends throughout the rectangular space with a curved corner on the top to soften the rigidness of the space. The brown color is employed to match the theme and exhibit the nobility of the phoenix, and the lighting above imitates the phoenix in design.
Inspiration
The case is located in Weihai, Shandong, a world leading livable city and the port of departure in the legend of Qinqiao Sunrise, where Qin Shi Huang, the First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty, dispatched 300 boys and girls overseas. Following this storyline, the designer employs fairyland stories from The Trip to Fairland and A Happy Excursion in space design and brings customers into the story to share the experience of the characters.
