Production Technology
Hua Ping needs to make a detailed assessment of material weight during production. Aluminum alloy is considered for frame and aluminum die-casting technology is adopted for bracket, which makes the product lightweight but still stable on the ground. With anodized plating, the body has a very beautiful color and metallic luster.
Design Challenge
The hardest part was combining the high temperature and low temperature graphene heating technologies
Project Duration
The project started in May 2021 in China and finished in December in China.It is now in mass production.
Operation Flow
Adjust the heating temperature of the upper and lower parts through the operation panel
Inspiration
Hua Ping was inspired by the Chinese screen, which is a combination of pictures and screens. We hope to use modern design language and materials to reflect traditional Chinese aesthetics, combined with the heating technology of graphene, so that it can play a silent but warm decoration in the space environment.
Project Overview
Hua Ping Electric Heater has been a Bronze winner in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Products Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
