Unique Properties
This bendable LED flexible filament lamp designed to provide efficient, uniform and energy-saving indoor lighting. The flexible filament provides a variety of modeling schemes, so that products can be applied to various lighting scenes. MiniLED's innovative technology makes the width of the filament within 0.6mm, which gives the product a slimmer visual effect.
Production Technology
The filament is made of modified FPC base film, and the bulb is made of glass, and the width of the filament is not more than 0.6mm due to the innovative processing technology of MiniLED, giving the product a slimmer visual effect.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge in the design process is how to ensure the bending effect and luminous effect of filament lamps. The designer optimized the proportion of phosphor in the filament, so that it can achieve the solar-like spectral effect, and has an excellent light and color quality, with an Ra value of greater than 98.

Operation Flow
Users can choose the corresponding glass bulb styles and colors according to their own needs. And they can also freely choose the corresponding color temperature and adjust the brightness of the filament.
Research
With the implementation of the national policy of "phase-out of incandescent light bulbs", LED light bulbs have been promoted by the state, and its energy-saving advantages have been recognized by the majority of families. Since LED filament lamps have the large-angle luminous form of traditional incandescent lights that are familiar to the public, they are popular among the "vintage style" application groups. The appearance of the LED filament lamps also meets the demand for antique lights in the market.
Inspiration
True Fila is inspired by the traditional tungsten light. This design aims to make True Fila have a vintage visual perception, to meet the market demand for differentiation and antique lamps, and to provide users with a more modern lighting options.
Project Overview
True Fila Bulb has been a Bronze winner in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology.
