The project is strategically positioned parallel to the Antalya Altintas Airport axis and is located within a developing development corridor that promises a wave of innovative projects in the fields of housing, commerce, education, culture and tourism. This axis is rapidly becoming a center of creativity and innovation and is the scene of a vibrant future. Spread over a plot of 1,154 square meters, the building consists of four floors, each with areas ranging from 275 square meters to 400 square meters.

The building features a reinforced concrete frame system with high-performance glass and GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) panels used on the facade. The structure is articulated by shifting each floor slab forward or backward by 1.20 to 2.70 meters in all cardinal directions. This allows optimal sunlight penetration, thermal control, and enhanced visual aesthetics.
The primary design challenge was to ensure that each unit had access to a private, functional green terrace while maintaining the building’s structural integrity and visual harmony. Coordinating the floor shifts to align with engineering requirements, daylight optimization, and environmental control demanded a multidisciplinary design approach.
The project will start in Antalya in July 2025 and is planned to be completed in January 2026.
Each unit benefits from a private terrace, establishing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The open layout and terrace design allow for flexible use across different seasons, while the staggered placement of floors enhances both visual interaction and privacy. This typology encourages a seamless vertical and horizontal flow that elevates the user experience.
The project was developed to create a new residential typology for emerging urban zones, focusing on spatial fluidity, human scale interaction, and climate responsiveness. Research centered on achieving a delicate balance between openness and privacy, maximizing daylight while preventing overheating, and integrating landscape elements into every living unit.
The location is a region that stands out with its cliffs. Inspiration was taken from the layered and fluid forms of the cliffs in the contour maps. The readability of the natural topography along the sections is reflected in the facade movements and the dynamic arrangement of the horizontal plates. Each floor, just like the contour lines, protrudes at different levels, creating both an aesthetic rhythm and providing functional advantages such as shading and privacy.
