Unique Properties

Production Technology

The A5 Series Smart TV sets two CD pattern on the aluminum bottom frame. These decorations are engraved with high-precision CNC and high-light cutting, which brings high quality and technology to the TV.The Left and right speaker has decorated by gradient color fabric, using high temperature transfer process to achieve color gradient.The Sand flow texture of the plastic back shell, using a etch process, resulting in a smoother and natural overall effect.

Design Challenge

The A5 Series Smart TV is a new era product that integrates functionalism and formalism.It is necessary to ensure the normal mechanical operation of the intelligent hardware devices to maintain the integrity and stability of the appearance. It is the biggest creative point but only the biggest challenge of the whole design. There is a risk of interference between the crystal on the surface and the structure of the rear shell when the rotary horn is in motion. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly measure the structural space of the rotating speakers and adjust the crystal layout to avoid risks.

Project Duration

The project started in April 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in August 2019 in Shenzhen, and it will be sold on market in January 2020.

Operation Flow

In order to meet the user's demand for intelligent products, the A5 Series Smart TV realizes Voice-controlled panoramic speaker, which can realize 15 degree interactive rotation of the speaker network on both sides. At the same time, The users can control the whole house smart devices through the intelligent ecological chain of the voice control sub screen.It is worth mentioning that in addition to video interaction, users can also control the privacy and security by controlling the camera's lifting motor mechanism

Research

With the mature technical opportunity of LED TV technology, the SECC integrated stamping back plate bending edging is used to replace the traditional aluminum profile splicing frame production and assembly method, realizing the frameless design and the whole machine is more integrated; At the same time, in order to meet the market's higher requirements for TV performance, image quality and sound quality, the A5 Series Smart TV introduces intelligent hardware devices, increasing the stickiness of TV and users and enhancing the interactive experience
