Mondrian uses three primary colors, namely red, yellow and blue, as well as black and white geometric lines to create a classic element that has been popular for nearly a century. He is not only the pioneer in the field of art, but also the source of inspirations. He is a classic and source of many other classics. The beautiful "red, yellow and blue" marks modern design can return to classic. The color is the soul to the whole space. On the delicate and elegant background of the overall space, the designer breaks the visual balance using Mondrian's classic color matching.

This project is located in the core ecological scenic spot of Changsha. And it aims for clients with good art tastes. In the design process, the space is thought as an artistic work rather than a simple design project. This design tries to restructure Mondrian's representative artistic elements of colors and abstract lines and combines them into different functional space. This project hopes to create an open and contemporary living environment with modern esthetic principles, and to explore new living ways and spatial solutions for contemporary Chinese families. Besides, the introduction of artificial intelligence could strengthen the space using experience.

The restructuring and combination of Mondrian's representative elements to create contemporary artistic atmosphere in living space is the biggest challenge of this project. And this project is considered for big families which asked to provide a balance between public and private to allow every family member to stay close as well as having their own private space. The flexible space division permits each area to stay independent as well as creating a connecting circulation.
The project is Located in Changsha, China. The project duration was from Apr,2019 to Nov,2019.
When customers enter different spaces, they will have different scene experience, which will be strengthened through the combination and adjustment of lights, sounds and smells. The commissioner is equipped to guide and explain. Customers can also scan the QR codes set in each space to understand better the space.
Peugeot's "red yellow blue" is a symbol of modern design returning to classics.
As an important factor for space atmosphere creation, art can resonate with human’s emotion. The main idea of this project is to integrate Mondrian’s natural-friendly and modern abstract art concept into living environment, trying to give the living space a new sense. The application of Mondrian's representative elements and colors are trying to transform graphic art elements into 3D space.
