The project is located at the foot of Nanyue Mountain, Nanming District, Guiyang City. It's the area where the city and nature meet and where the old and new cities meet. The project is built at the foot of the mountain, enjoying the landscape of Nanyue Mountain and facing the Nanming River. The project takes full use of the location advantages, excavating the cultural heritage of the old city to build the elite housing with temperature and culture.

Brick concrete and frame shear structure system.
The architect intends to increase the hierarchy of the building through the frame. The creamy-white and dark gray colors are used to enhance the sense of high-level sequence while the strong lines are used to surround the composite surface, and the dark color is used inside to form a virtual real contrast with the outer frame, so as to enhance the tension of the building. The facade composition system forms a simple and straight modern sense.

The top of the building is designed with vertical components and floating plate elements. Through the extension of the line of sight, the building and nature are integrated.
The design team makes full use of the nature of the mountain to solve the complex height difference and slope problems through the treatment of multi-level platform. They also decrease the impact of the east main road noise on the community with the help of the terrain. That reduces the impact of the surrounding adverse factors, and deals with the relationship between the construction and the site.
The geomorphic features of nine mountains embrace one water in Guiyang are integrated into the design concept, and the concept of landscape embedded in city is extracted.
