Sales Center for Chanku And Partners

The whole project is a scattered steel structure glass box. The lighting design of the top surface, wall, ground and other places integrates the building and space into a whole. The collision, decomposition and reconstruction of geometric element cutting technique and gradient colored glass bring people a refreshing sensory experience. The staircase with streamer sculpture is the main channel connecting the upper and lower functional space. After repeated model deduction, the designer makes use of the combination of space and force points to present the suspended streamer.

Unique Properties

The whole area is based on gray marble, with geometric figures with the concept of future science and technology, dotted with bright color elements, integrating sharp, round and streamlined shapes, bringing a refreshing sensory experience. As the main channel connecting the upper and lower functional spaces, the ribbon shaped stairs are also the theme of the design.

Production Technology

The main materials in this project are stone, color acrylic, fluorocarbon, Baking paint aluminum plate, stainless steel.

Design Challenge

The whole project just like a scattered steel glass box, and the colored glass curtain wall has caused a lot of troubles to the light environment of the indoor space. The lighting design of the top, wall, ground and other places is only to better integrate the building and space into a whole.

Project Duration

The project started in July 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in April 2021 in Shenzhen.

Operation Flow

The designer integrates the power of the building with the changes of light and shadow, as light as dandelion, as leaping as fireflies, as bright as stars, harmoniously integrates prosperity and tranquility, and unfolds the multiple experience of space aesthetics here.

Research

The designer overcame the condition that the stress mode of the main body of the building can not be guaranteed. After repeated model deduction, the floating ribbon and the rotating part are connected as a whole, making full use of the combination of space and stress point to present the floating ribbon, the sculpture like shape floats in the transparent glass curtain wall.

Inspiration

By the end of 2020, Chang'e-5 lunar samples were officially handed over. The first storage, analysis and research work of extraterrestrial objects in China begins. The designer endows the surface of the big red ball with a shape similar to the surface of the moon, combines reality with art, and instantly gives the big red ball its own soul.
