Huahong Merchants Yunyue Zhenjing
Sales Center for Zhejiang Bo Yue Construction and Decoration Engineering Design Co.,Ltd.
Inspired by Niaoya bookstore, in the design of Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center, the design team wanted to break away from the traditional concept of a sales office and incorporate the atmosphere of a bookstore into the whole space. The soft furnishings use permanent floral arrangements to decorate the space with natural colors and are reusable. The wooden grid that encloses the sandbox area is lined with a variety of seeds from the natural ecology, adding to the beauty of the space with its crystal clear appearance.

In Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center, the designer follows this concept to jump out of the conventional frame of a sales center on the market, and adopt the scenario-based design technique, to build the case into a bookstore-shaped sales space with rich oriental charms, while integrating light and shadow, and artistic beauty.

Production Technology
The space is dominated by the earth tone with a sense of nature. The metal material neutralizes the gentle, soft temperament brought by great many wood finishes, adding unique, gorgeous textures to the space.The gray marble floor contrasts with the brownish red ceiling, making the space distinctive without any visual pressure.
Design Challenge
To balance the functions between the sales office and the bookshop，the soft outfits largely adopt rounded arc elements, which lead to smooth foot traffic in the space, and make people feel comfortable and at ease here.The eternal floral decorations, which can be reused, adorn the space with natural colors.
Project Duration
The project was located in Zhejiang, China. It was finished in August 2021.
Operation Flow
In Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center, the square spatial pattern is divided into functional areas by the arcs. The French window on one side incorporates the natural scenery, and the sunlight shines through the space to shape the light and shadow.Wooden grids are used for the wall to create a transparent space, and used as bookshelves.The irregular foot traffic allows visitors to roam at ease, pick up books at hand to read by the window, enjoy a cup of coffee at the water bar, or accomplish the main purpose of the visit.

The design of Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center takes into account the local customs and culture, incorporating humanistic features and local elements while creating a sense of atmosphere in the online bookstore.
Inspiration
A sales office with a meeting place. This was the important premise of Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center. This project is more than just an ordinary marketing center, it is a place to linger and enjoy a relaxing time. The design team has sought to create a comfortable environment through the exploration of the ultimate oriental, the pursuit of harmonious light and colour and artistic aesthetics.
