Production Technology
The white art installation is cast with environmentally friendly pulp injection molding, and the pouring model is a coffee appliance. The black aluminum plate in the middle prints the coffee theme, the process of turning a coffee bean into a cup of coffee.
Design Challenge
The array and contrast of the ceiling grille and the carpet texture enhance the spaces momentum and sense of order. The space and vertical lines and the changes in light and shadow formed by the glass bring the space to life and shape the spaces art. The negotiating chairs and bar chairs are presented with nostalgic art and luxurious materials. The series of seats are cleverly used in this scene, perfecting the harmonious alternation and combination of the texture and layer of the space.
Project Duration
The project finished in June 2019, Hebei Province.
Operation Flow
The unique design of the lamp is the perfect combination of the lamp tube and the roof. The light beam penetrates the ceiling like a rope, creating a mysterious and elegant atmosphere with the quiet space.
Research
The beauty of materials, the natural materials of Mongolian black plane surface, uphold the principle of restraint of modernism. The exquisite metal material conflicts with the rough texture of the cement wall. The vertical structure is used to adjust the rhythm of the space. The interlacing and interlacing of delicate metal strips breaks the surface texture of the space and forms a texture contrast with wood and stone. Using the color and texture of materials, the fields are defined by points, lines, and surfaces, and the rich changes in the texture and form of the space interface make dialogues and cascades that are separate spaces.
Inspiration
The original intention of the design is to reproduce a lifestyle based on practical considerations, to become a place for people to carry out their daily lives, and to let everyone have a feeling of belonging like home, enjoy life and carve time.
Project Overview
Carving Time Sales Center has been a Silver winner in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design award category in the year 2019 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill.
