The overall packaging adopts a hollow out process, and the size and position of the hollow out parts need to meet the requirements of uniform packaging stress.
The project started in October 2023 in Shen Zhen and finished in December 2023 in Shen Zhen.
After using the product, consumers (4-10 year-old children) can use the packaging as a “New Year's lucky bag” for collecting red envelopes or storing candies (storage function), It can also be a night light to accompany consumers to sleep (companion function), as well as a lantern to take part in the “Guess the Lantern Riddle” activity of the Lantern Festival (interactive function). Packaging is participating in different New year's activities in different scenarios with consumers and it is becoming part of the consumer's emotional memory of the New Year.
Limited edition packaging for Satine fresh milk incorporates sustainability and interactivity into the package design for broadening the innovative dimension of limited edition packaging design.
The shape of the packaging is based on the shape of a milk can, which reinforces the product attributes of fresh milk. The design is based on a dragon head surrounded by New Year elements such as auspicious clouds and flowers, symbolizing the beauty and good fortune of the New Year. The whole packaging adopts the hollowing process, inspired by the traditional window art form, which is festive, delicate and elegant.
Satine Fresh Milk Interactive Packaging has been a Bronze winner in the Packaging Design award category in the year 2023 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology.
