Campaign for PepsiCo Design & Innovation
With the visual language of this campaign in tow it was time to hit the great outdoors, with a world class outdoor photographer. The goal with the production was to build a robust library of images for use in retail point-of-sale, social and out of home advertising. Designers were challenged by a rapid timeline and also the fact that they were trying to depict early Spring, Summer and Fall all in one shoot. Working with network of partners, designers found the right location that could work for all scenarios and produced hours of footage and hundreds of images.

In the Summer of 2020, we launched an ambitious 360 degree marketing platform to both celebrate and empower the passions of outdoor enthusiasts across the Midwest; the Heartland of America. MTN DEW targeted outdoor enthusiast consumers, affectionately dubbed Heartland Heroes. During shelter in place orders as a result of COVID-19, experts recommended that people take some time to get into nature.
Our challenge became to change peoples behavior of when and where they Do the Dew. We also wanted to change perceptions along the way. So, whether you are hunting, fishing, boating or hiking and you think about a refreshing carbonated drink, you think MTN DEW. The campaign all kicked off with the MTN DEW Outdoor Stimulus, which reimbursed fans with 20 Dollars towards the Heartlands 2020 hunting and fishing permits.
Out Here It's Dew Campaign has been a Bronze winner in the Advertising, Marketing and Communication Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
